Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Controls Specialist to join our Data Center development team. You will manage cost and commercial processes across North America projects, collaborating with the North America Commercial Director and project teams to keep financials on track from inception to completion.

You will lead oversight of budgets, forecasts, and month-end close, drive change control, and ensure governance and compliance by developing training materials and enforcing standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in delivery of mission-critical construction projects.
• Budgeting and cost control proficiency; experience with Oracle/Tririga/Google Live Sheets.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder influence; ability to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business; PMP or P.E. desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight aligning forecasts with funding, billings, and close-out activities.
• Drive change control by evaluating budget revisions and contractor invoices; flag risks.
• Contribute SME governance and training materials; ensure projects operate within approved parameters and standards.
