Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Project Controls Specialist to join our Data Center development team in the United States. You will lead cost and commercial management across the North America portfolio, coordinating with the North America Commercial Director and project teams to keep budgets, forecasts, and month-end close on track.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in mission-critical construction, strong budgeting skills, and experience with Oracle, Tririga, or Google Live Sheets.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience delivering mission-critical construction projects.
Budgeting, accounting, and cost-control system proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business; PMP or P.E. desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead Financial Oversight: manage cost and commercial control; align forecasts with funding and month-end close.
Drive Change Control: evaluate budget revisions and invoices; flag risks transparently.
Ensure Governance & Compliance: contribute SME input to governance materials and standards.
