• 5–7 years of experience in delivering mission-critical construction projects.
• Experience in corporate real estate or military settings.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
• PMP or PE certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial oversight: create and manage cost and commercial management process across NA projects.
• Drive change control by evaluating budget revisions and invoices, flagging risks.
• Ensure governance and compliance with SME input and training materials.
