Job summary

FGS LLC seeks a Project Control Analyst to support the PMO for Division 21 programs. You will handle project planning, tracking and reporting, ensuring budgets align with labor, materials, and travel spend.

Strong Excel and MS Office skills are essential, with experience in JAMIS or CostPoint. You will interact with project analysts and PMO managers, preparing ETCs/EACs and maintaining documentation in SharePoint.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or related finance field is required.
• Minimum 3 years in budget, financial or project control in government contracting.
• Experience with FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable contracts.
• At least 3 years using JAMIS, CostPoint or similar software.
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas, pivots, lookups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, track, analyze, and report project control across lifecycles.
• Monitor labor, materials, and travel against budgets.
• Prepare ETCs and EACs.
• Provide funding info to Subcontracts team and verify invoices.
• Review subcontractor labor qualifications and funding risks.
• Maintain project financial data and reports in SharePoint and systems.
• Support weekly to monthly financial reporting cycles.
• Assist forecasting and cost trend analysis.
