FGS LLC in the United States is seeking a Project Control Analyst to join the PMO team. The role focuses on planning, tracking, and reporting across the project life cycle with emphasis on budgets, ETCs, and EACs.

You will interact with project analysts and PMOs, support subcontractor spend, and ensure compliance with government contracts such as FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable, while leveraging Excel, JAMIS/CostPoint, and SharePoint to maintain accurate financial data.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or Finance related field; experience may substitute for degree.
• Minimum 3 years in budget, financial or project control in government contracting.
• Must have government contracting experience in FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable contracts.
• Minimum 3 years with JAMIS or CostPoint.
• Intermediate Excel skills: sum if, lookup formulas, pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, process-driven.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Project control: plan, track, analyze, and report across the project life cycle.
• Monitor labor, material, and travel against budgets and funding.
• Prepare ETCs and EACs.
• Provide P.O. and funding information to Subcontracts for procurement.
• Review subcontractor invoices for accuracy and funding availability.
• Communicate funding risks to PMs and adjust spend plans.
• Maintain project financial data and reports on SharePoint.
