Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor.
• Deltek Costpoint experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Excellent organization, accuracy, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update budgets, forecasts, and EACs for projects.
• Set up CostPoint project workforce and manage labor spend.
• Monitor expenditures and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Review financial performance and propose corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoicing processes.
• Prepare client status reports and program reviews.
• Assist with price proposals, cost estimates, and audit support.
