LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Project Control Analyst to support government programs from a US-Remote location. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasts, EACs, and reporting for programs led by Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers.

Candidates should have at least 3 years in project control for government contractors and CostPoint experience. The position requires collaboration across departments, strong data accuracy, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project/Program Control role for a government contractor.
• Deltek Costpoint experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels of an organization.
• Strong organization skills and focus on accuracy and consistency.
• Strong analytical and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Program Management Teams in development, review, and updates of budgets, forecasts, and EACs and related reporting.
• Facilitate contract kickoff meetings to ensure CostPoint setup, billing, and contractual obligations.
• Set up and maintain CostPoint project workforce and track labor spend against budgets.
• Monitor and review project expenditures for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Review, monitor, and report project financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoicing processes with Purchasing.
• Proactively identify and mitigate program risks with management.
• Prepare client status reports and ad-hoc financial requests.
• Review client invoices and coordinate with Billing on questions.
• Forecast project spend for labor and non-labor and manage labor ceilings.
• Support pricing and cost estimates with pricing teams.
