Job summary

LMI, a Tysons, VA based government solutions provider, seeks a Sr. Project Control Analyst working remotely across the US. You will partner with PM teams to manage budgets, forecasts, EACs, and billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal contract types.

Responsibilities include cost setup, labor tracking, subcontractor management, risk mitigation, and client reporting. A strong background in Costpoint and government contracting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of Project/Program Control experience for a government contractor.
• Deltek Costpoint experience required.
• Strong communication and collaboration across departments.
• Excellent organization and data accuracy focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update project budgets, forecasts, and EACs with PM teams.
• Facilitate cost setup and contractual obligations impacting finances.
• Set up CostPoint labor workforce and monitor budgets.
• Monitor expenditures and resolve discrepancies with accounting.
• Report financial performance and advise corrective actions.
• Support subcontractor cost management and invoicing processes.
• Identify risks with PM teams and implement mitigations.
• Prepare client status reports and program reviews.
• Approve invoices and respond to billing inquiries.
• Forecast spend for labor and non-labor costs.
• Assist pricing and cost estimates with pricing assumptions.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
