Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Program Control Analyst to support defense programs with budgeting, cost analysis, and funding coordination. This remote position requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a secret clearance, aligning with DoD standards and security requirements.

You will draft documentation, track expenditures, and ensure accurate financial data across PMO interfaces, enabling timely funding decisions and robust program visibility.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a relevant discipline and 3+ years of position relevant experience.
• High School and 4 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional relevant experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree.
• Foundational certifications in program control or budgeting.
• Experience with military logistics financial reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
• Draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain comprehensive records of financial expenditures.
• Prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and facilitate the coordination of funding requests between internal departments and the PMO.
• Supports the execution of program control functions by tracking budget milestones and ensuring the accuracy of financial data entry.
• Execute the collection of cost data for quarterly reviews and verify that all expenditure are documented according to established standards.
• Maintain collaborative financial tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of mission-critical funding status.
