Bowman is seeking a Project Accountant to join our team remotely, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zone. The role centers on project cost accounting, reporting, and collaboration with operations and accounting functions to ensure timely, accurate financial data.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, invoicing, collections, vendor management, and project set-ups. CPA/CMA preferred with 7+ years in corporate project accounting; experience in AE/C construction is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent; CMA/CPA preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of corporate project accounting experience preferred.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or construction industry is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and ERP/Deltek Vantagepoint familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with project cost accounting reports and analysis.
• Act as liaison between operations and accounting functions.
• Aid in reviewing key performance metrics to support management.
• Support monthly invoicing, collections, and project set-ups.
• Prepare management reporting schedules and audit support.
