Job summary

Gifted Savings is seeking an organized operator to own the day-to-day operational workflows that keep our programs running smoothly. This remote role partners with Product, Program, and Communications to ensure data, content, and processes are accurate, reliable, and scalable for students, educators, and partners.

You will manage systems, coordinate reporting, and support program evaluation efforts while maintaining trust and consistency as Gifted Savings grows.

Qualifications

• Highly organized, execution-focused operator who can own day-to-day operational workflows.
• Experience supporting data accuracy and maintaining systems across teams.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and SaaS platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Product, Program and Communications teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve operational systems and workflows to support program implementation.
• Maintain accurate student, school, and program records across internal systems.
• Administrate core program tools, including roster synchronization and dashboard maintenance.
• Coordinate program launches, timelines, and academic calendars.
• Publish and maintain lesson content and resources within the platform.
• Maintain teacher materials and ensure access to current versions.
• Coordinate surveys and research logistics with academic partners.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and data exports to support decisions.
