Job summary

Nova Games Foundation seeks a highly organized Program & Creator Visibility Coordinator to support our operations. Reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the Head of Grants, this role coordinates program information, logistics, social media, and Fellow visibility as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Arts Administration, Media Studies, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media and digital content creation, including Canva or Affinity.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort working in an early-stage nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communications with applicants, university partners, industry mentors, and stakeholders.
• Gather and maintain program information, progress updates, contact directories, trackers, and calendars.
• Triage inquiries and route questions to the appropriate team member.
• Support committee meetings, Fellow orientations, and program activities.
• Assist with mentor onboarding, scheduling, communications, and logistics; track pairings and milestones.
• Facilitate communication between Fellows and mentors and address routine questions.
