Job summary

UnitedHealth Group invites applications for the Assoc. Communications Delivery Specialist. This full-time, national remote position supports complex programs and workflows, acting as a subject-matter expert to ensure SLA compliance and client satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in project/account management, campaign execution, and vendor coordination, plus proficiency with MS Office and Workfront. Occasional domestic travel and a standard 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST schedule apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of project or account management
• 2+ years of print and/or digital campaign execution with inbound or outbound communications
• 2+ years of experience coordinating or managing deliverables of third-party vendors
• Basic understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
• Available to travel occasionally on business up to 10% of the time domestically
• Must have a valid state issued driver's license
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexible shift hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST; overtime possible

Responsibilities

• Meet workflow deadlines, comply with requirements, meet client expectations and program goals.
• Maintain effective communication with business partners, vendors and support teams to manage workflow and deadlines.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to minimize impact.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation and reporting.
• Assist with resource planning for assigned programs and monitor daily activities.
• Develop clear plans to execute programs and monitor progress, adjusting as needed.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure accuracy of metrics and reporting.
• Assist with training and related documentation.
• Perform other duties as required
