Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Associate Communication Delivery Specialist to support complex programs and workflows across our national remote environment. You will act as a subject-matter expert, manage SLAs, and drive steady state workflow performance while collaborating with partners and vendors.

The role requires strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with flexibility to work different shifts and occasional overtime during business hours. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project or account management.
• 2+ years of print and/or digital campaign execution with inbound or outbound communications.
• 2+ years of experience coordinating or managing deliverables of third-party vendors.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet workflow deadlines and SLA’s for assigned product(s).
• Maintain communication with partners, vendors and support teams.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to minimize negative impact.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation and reporting.
• Assist with resource planning and monitor daily activities.
• Develop clear plans to execute programs and monitor progress.
