Job summary
ConnectMed360 is hiring a Program Support Supervisor for a fully remote position. The role focuses on supervising billing, prescription fulfillment, and benefits investigations to support oncology and hematology patients.
Starting salary is $65k+ depending on experience, with quarterly incentive bonuses and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate has pharmacy experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school, or certificate program in pharmacy and/or healthcare.
- Minimum of two years' pharmacy experience
- Registration/Certification with Board of Pharmacy as required by law
Responsibilities
- Supervise billing accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee prescription fulfillment processes and benefits investigations.
- Coordinate with payers for authorizations and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare/DMEPOS regulations and documentation.
- Train staff in benefits investigations and billing procedures.
- Communicate billing issues with clients and patients as needed.
