Zusammenfassung

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin seeks a Program Supervisor to lead the Wisconsin Lifeline (988) program remotely. You will supervise Lifeline Counselors, coach staff, ensure quality and compliance, and coordinate daily operations to deliver person-centered crisis intervention services.

You will report to the Program Manager and foster professional development, staff engagement, and a culture of accountability while promoting exceptional client care.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services, Healthcare or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years in behavioral health or crisis intervention with supervisory experience.
• Experience coordinating staff schedules, workflow, or daily operations.
• Experience providing coaching, mentoring, or performance feedback.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for Lifeline staff.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment and employee engagement.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and retention activities.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and program guidelines.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure client-centered service delivery.
• Conduct quality reviews of crisis interventions and documentation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing competency development of staff and interns.
• Promote trauma-informed, safety-oriented, and person-centered care.
• Represent the program in meetings and community partnerships.
