Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Team Lead for the 988 Wisconsin Lifeline program. This remote, night-shift role provides real-time leadership, coaching, and escalation support to Lifeline Counselors across phone, chat, and text.

You will collaborate with program managers, monitor workflow, support onboarding, and ensure trauma-informed, person-centered practice, with hands-on crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Human Services or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in crisis intervention, behavioral health, or related setting.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary real-time resource during shifts, providing consultation and guidance.
• Coaching, mentoring, and feedback to Lifeline Counselors and interns.
• Support onboarding, observation, shadowing, and program expectations.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment support when needed.
• Coordinate with leadership on workflow, staffing, and quality improvement.
