Job summary

PA Inclusive is seeking a Program Specialist in Reading, PA. This field-based, multi-functional role supports individuals with IDD, autism, and behavioral or mental health needs across housing, employment, and in-home & community supports, helping clients achieve independence.

You will manage a caseload, develop individualized plans, provide job coaching, supervision, and ensure compliance with state regulations, with up to 75% travel and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field.
• 2+ years experience with people with disabilities.
• Ability to obtain NADD Certification within 90 days.
• Ability to obtain ACRES or CESP certification within 6 months.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of staff and clients.
• Oversee employment and community-based services via OVR and OPD ID Waiver.
• Hire, train, supervise direct support professionals and job coaches.
• Provide direct services to fill shifts as needed.
• Maintain documentation in Therap, HCSIS, EIM, CDWS.
• Attend ISP, intake, and agency meetings; ensure program compliance.
• Remain on-call to ensure continuity of services.
• Promote PA Inclusive's services to coordinators and referral sources.
• Develop housing, employment, and behavioral supports.
