Job summary

PA Inclusive seeks a dynamic Program Specialist to deliver integrated housing, employment, behavioral, and in-home supports for individuals with IDD, autism, and mental health needs. The role requires field-based work up to 75%, on-call availability, and coordination with ODP/OVR teams in PA.

You will manage caseloads, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations while promoting independence and community inclusion for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Ability to obtain NADD Certification within 90 days of employment.
• ACRES or CESP certification within 6 months preferred.
• Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients and staff across housing, employment, and behavioral supports.
• Oversee service delivery through OVR and OPD ID Waiver systems.
• Hire, train, and supervise direct support professionals and job coaches.
• Ensure documentation in Therap, HCSIS, EIM, CDWS and other systems.
