Job summary

AACOM seeks a Program Coordinator to help manage GME initiatives, programs, meetings, events, member engagement, and communications. You will support data reporting, research, and cross-divisional projects, using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while maintaining quality and confidentiality.

This role requires strong organization, customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, with opportunities for professional development and flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three or more years of program or project coordination experience.
• Experience delivering customer service and supporting membership programs.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and evaluation of GME programs.
• Assist with research, writing, reporting, surveys, and data analysis.
• Support KPI data collection and reporting.
• Coordinate meetings, webinars, and events; manage RSVPs and logistics.
• Maintain program documents and databases.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency while protecting confidentiality.
