Job summary

Relentless is seeking a part-time, hourly Program Organizer to help run our Rally Organizing events entirely remotely. You will lead 1-hour virtual events, manage rotating roles, and oversee breakout rooms while staying responsive in Slack channels.

You will support participants with onboarding, deadlines, and resources, provide proactive follow-up, and help troubleshoot in real time with empathy and enthusiasm. This role starts in September and ends November 15, 2026.

Qualifications

• Must be a strong, warm communicator capable of engaging participants.
• Reliable with assigned shifts and able to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Slack and managing multiple channels is required.
• Experience with virtual event facilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-hour virtual events end-to-end, rotating event roles, manage breakout rooms and real-time Slack channels.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and deliver customer-service oriented support.
• Respond to inquiries via the program inbox and assist with logistics, deadlines and resources.
• Proactively follow up with participants to ensure onboarding and collect feedback.
• Step up for additional duties as the program grows.
