Job summary

Relentless is seeking a Part-time Program Organizer to support Rally Organizing programs. You will help create and run 1-hour virtual events, fill rotating roles, manage breakout rooms, and monitor rapid-response Slack channels in real time.

As a remote, part-time role, you’ll provide inbox and participant support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed while maintaining a friendly, customer-service mindset; a fast-paced environment and strong communication will help you thrive in this

Qualifications

Clear, proactive communication and customer-service mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Experience with virtual event facilitation is a plus.
Comfort with Slack and managing multiple channels.

Responsibilities

Lead 1-hour virtual events end-to-end, rotating event roles, manage breakout rooms, and monitor real-time Slack channels.
Provide warm, helpful inbox support and guide participants through logistics, deadlines, and resources.
Proactively follow up with participants, assist onboarding, and collect feedback for the team.
Step up for additional shifts and evolving responsibilities as the program grows.
Foster an inclusive, supportive environment and help participants feel confident and engaged.
