Job summary

Innovas is seeking a Coordinator I, Program Marketing, to lead full life-cycle marketing campaigns for OTA opportunities. You will create emails, posts, landing pages, and ads, design assets, set up campaigns, and manage the MarTech stack including virtual events and lists.

Remote role with travel up to 25% across the US. You will support events, build target lists, and help with reporting metrics for government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
• 1+ year of relevant marketing or communications experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, deadline-driven, with strong integrity.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar programs quickly.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented, able to collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Create communications to support marketing campaigns (emails, posts, website pages, ads).
• Design creative assets for opportunities (banners, graphics, landing pages, forms).
• Support teaming tools to connect members and prospects.
• Set up campaign builds and manage MarTech stack (virtual events, emails, pages, lists).
• Build target lists from SBIR/GovWin or other research sources.
• Execute direct market outreach and capture feedback in HubSpot.
• Assist customers by answering questions and supporting success.
• Maintain tasks in Monday.com and assist marketing leads with needs.
• Plan and support OTA events (webinars, tradeshows, conferences) and attend events to meet needs.
• Support OTA SOWs and assist with reporting metrics for government customers.
• Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and engage with members at events.
• Other duties as assigned.
