Oscar Health is seeking a Program Lead for our Workforce Management team. This remote role focuses on implementing lean, scalable tools and techniques to support organizational goals, reporting to the Associate Director, Workforce Management.

You will work from anywhere in the United States, with potential future hybrid options. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, process improvement, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize performance and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in Workforce Management
• Extensive experience managing NICE IEX or InContact systems
• 1+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement and workflow design
• 1+ years of experience in developing and presenting information and recommendations to Senior Leadership
• Proficiency in Excel or Sheets

Responsibilities

• Identify risks and respond to issues to inform insights for technology-enabled processes
• Coordinate projects to meet milestones and service levels
• Partner with leadership to strategize and manage cost-saving efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align action plans with continuous improvement goals
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and root causes
• Provide recommendations to ensure financial discipline and quality
• Support process improvement initiatives and mindset shifts to boost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
