Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-team, multi-vendor coordination that keeps the VA PGHD ecosystem running reliably. You will oversee delivery across PGHD applications, Validic’s platform, and new integrations, ensuring alignment of goals, stakeholder needs, and technical execution to mission-critical outcomes.

This fully remote US-based role may require up to 10% travel for quarterly reviews and involves supervising staff, managing schedules, and coordinating with VA

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program management or equivalent.
• Experience supporting federal programs or VA/OCC environment.
• Experience with PGHD data, CGM or remote patient monitoring data.
• Familiarity with health data APIs and transitions (e.g., Google Health).
• Experience delivering native mobile and web products.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and OAuth/CASA workflows.
• Experience with distributed, remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple products, vendors, and teams in a matrixed environment.
• Supervise staff and oversee performance, hiring, and development.
• Lead cross-functional coordination between VA, Validic, and device vendors.
• Drive Google Health API transition and manage API transitions and testing.
• Investigate and resolve data-quality issues across multiple sources.
• Facilitate vendor partnerships and support negotiations for new integrations.
• Oversee sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives across teams.
• Maintain alignment across PGHD applications, mobile/web teams, and downstream pipelines.
• Manage integrated program plans with risk and status reporting.
• Advise clients on strategic and technical solution options.
