INNOVATIVE TECH SOLUTIONS INC. seeks an experienced Infrastructure Program Manager to lead cross-functional infrastructure initiatives from intake through delivery, ensuring governance, planning, and reporting across technical teams and stakeholders.

This remote role requires deep PM expertise, strong communication, and proficiency with Jira, AI, and automation to improve PMO execution. The role emphasizes delivering complex programs with traditional, agile, and hybrid methods, and coordinating

Qualifications

• PMP certification required and 12+ years of program management experience in infrastructure, hosting, cloud, data center, or IT operations programs.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and senior stakeholder visibility.
• Experience with traditional waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery frameworks and tailoring practices for infrastructure.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar project/portfolio management software for backlog tracking, roadmaps, milestones, and reporting.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical details into concise business updates and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure programs across planning, execution, risk management, dependency tracking, and governance.
• Translate needs into actionable program plans, roadmaps, Jira workstreams, and status updates for executives.
• Coordinate with infrastructure engineering, operations, cloud, network, security, vendor, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Apply traditional, agile, and hybrid delivery practices based on complexity, team maturity, and operating model.
• Maintain governance artifacts such as charters, RAID logs, decision logs, dependency trackers, and program dashboards.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline PMO activities like meeting summaries and reporting.
