ITS is a rapidly growing technology company providing cutting-edge technology and quality service to the computer-based testing industry. We believe in strong team dynamics, job satisfaction, and making each team member successful. Because of our unique and leading-edge software environment, our employees typically experience a dramatic increase in their skills and knowledge as they work at ITS.

This role requires technical aptitude and curiosity. The Program Manager does not need to be a software developer but must be comfortable working in a technical software environment, understanding system workflows, asking thoughtful technical questions, and translating client needs into clear requirements for development and operations teams. The ideal candidate enjoys learning how systems work, troubleshooting complex issues, and connecting business goals to practical technical solutions.

We believe that work should be fun, and that a successful company needs to nurture its employees, not burn them out.
