Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/PM/IT or related field.
• 5+ years in program or project management, operations, or related discipline.
• Experience managing multiple projects/workstreams.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and programs.
• Develop program plans, timelines, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, and finance.
• Establish priorities and ensure alignment with strategy and business needs.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage schedules, resources, and priorities while upholding quality.
• Facilitate meetings, reviews, updates, and executive presentations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on performance, milestones, and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify expectations and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and delivery methodologies.
• Manage changes to scope, timelines, and resources with documentation.
• Support budgets, vendor coordination, and contract-related activities.
• Ensure programs comply with policies, quality standards, and applicable requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and provide guidance to project teams.
• Continuously evaluate program outcomes and recommend improvements.
