Job summary

R.W. Mercer Co. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and deliver complex programs on a full-time contract basis.

You will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans and budgets, track milestones, and report progress to leadership. The role requires strong communication skills and an ability to manage competing priorities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in program/project management and proficiency with PM software.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or related discipline.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Experience with multiple PM tools and cross-functional teams.
• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple programs from initiation through completion.
• Develop program plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, product, marketing, finance.
• Establish program priorities and ensure alignment with strategy and requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on performance, milestones, and budgets.
• Communicate with stakeholders to clarify responsibilities and timelines.
