Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in protective security, security operations, or related fields.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded program teams and coordinate with Security Operations to ensure seamless integration and client alignment.
• Recruit, onboard, and hire vendors and embedded employees; approve timecards and expenses.
• Oversee GSOC operations, scheduling, and resource allocation; ensure policy compliance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain liaison between Concentric, clients, and vendors to deliver protective services globally.
