Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate team in the United States. The role focuses on managing client and vendor interactions to support physical security needs and coordinating across internal teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in security or related fields and 2+ years in a client-focused environment, with the ability to work legally in the U.S. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in security, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years working in a client-focused environment.
• Must be able to legally work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage client and vendor relationships for assigned portfolios.
• Oversee Concentric's physical security services for client portfolios.
• Assess security needs and advise appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver required client functions.
• Provide regular updates to clients and maintain 24/7 on-call availability.
• Manage tasks, travel up to 10% and vendor onboarding and paperwork.
