Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to join its Corporate team in the United States. The role oversees client portfolios (15-20 regular clients) and vendor relationships, coordinating security services and related tasks with internal teams.

The position requires 10% travel and a focus on risk mitigation and client satisfaction. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in security or related fields and 2+ years in a client-focused environment, with preference for a master’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.
• 2+ years working in a client-focused work environment.
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.
• Master’s degree in security, project management, business administration, or related degrees.

Responsibilities

• Manage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security Operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric’s suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator.
• Assess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all client functions are met and develop overall strategy for each client.
• Provide regular and timely updates to the client during the duration of tasks.
• Travel on behalf of Concentric to client meetings, industry conventions, and business development opportunities.
• Oversee GSOC response and engagement with assigned tasks and clients.
