Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate team in Washington, DC. You will manage client and vendor interactions to support physical security needs and coordinate with internal teams to execute tasks for 15-20 regular clients.

You’ll provide regular updates, manage vendor relationships, and maintain 24/7 on-call availability for emergency response, travel up to 10%, and ongoing program administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in security, project management, business administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in a client-focused work environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage client, vendor, and internal relationships to support security operations.
• Oversee client portfolios (15–20 regular clients) and develop SOPs for accounts.
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure tasks meet security requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align security strategy with client needs.
• Travel up to 10% for client meetings and business development.
