Job summary

TekSynap is seeking a Part Time Program Manager to support the DLA Enterprise IT Architecture (EIA) Support Services task order in New Cumberland, PA. The role requires federal contracting experience, active DoD-style certifications, and a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities include serving as the single POC for four branches, leading weekly reviews, delivering progress and transition plans, and managing staffing and risk across Directory Services, VDI, Mobility, and Zero Trust across multiple

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive IT leadership experience with five years in program management.
• Experience supporting federal government contracts in DoD/IC environments with understanding of customer landscape.
• Willing to sign a Letter of Commitment and start by 2026-12-01.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact to the Contracting Officer and COR for all four branches of the task order.
• Lead weekly branch lead reviews and monthly performance reviews with the COR.
• Deliver Monthly Progress Reports and associated documentation (Quality Control Plan, Transition Plan).
• Oversee onboarding, CAC requests, and staff account requests for all personnel.
• Manage staffing, backfills and backups for key positions and coordinate with partner organizations.
• Identify and manage performance risks across the four domains.
