Job summary

Mayvin, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a global IT support program for ARTRANS. The role requires DoD enterprise IT operations expertise, cybersecurity oversight, and the ability to manage staffing, subcontractors, cost, schedule, and risk across geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required
• U.S. Citizen
• Experience managing DoD IT operations and cybersecurity
• Proven ability to lead staffing, subcontractors, and cost/schedule/quality/risk across dispersed teams

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous refinement of the Task Order Management Plan
• Direct the organizational structure and oversee staffing, recruiting, retention, and Capability Lead performance
• Establish and enforce communication, governance, and management processes across the program
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with program objectives
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with ARTRANS, RNECs, NETCOM, and DISA
• Monitor and control program performance, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and DoD compliance (PWS/QASP)
• Drive transition activities and staffing ramp ups to ensure uninterrupted operations
• Ensure all personnel meet required clearance and DoD 8140.03 standards
• Manage vacancies, base closures, and contingency operational needs
