Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead large-scale, multi-year initiatives in defense contracting. You will oversee integrated product support, lifecycle management, and complex operations across maintenance, logistics, technology integration, and data management.

Applicants should have 10+ years of program leadership experience, a bachelor's degree, and an active Secret or higher clearance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of experience managing large, multi-year programs.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, logistics, technology integration, training, data management.
• Secret security clearance or higher required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in technical or managerial discipline.
• Ability to plan and align resources across sub-programs to meet program needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and execute major programs and system development efforts.
• Coordinate resources, schedules, and milestones across sub-programs.
• Support risk management, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Negotiate resources and ensure government contract compliance.
• Track budgets, deliverables, and maintain program progress.
