Abbott is seeking a Program Manager for Sales Training and Development in the Neuromodulation division. This remote role supports seller readiness and performance by maintaining and evolving training content, coordinating program delivery, and aligning experiences with product updates and sales skill needs.

The position requires strong program management, stakeholder engagement, and training operations expertise to drive scalable outcomes. Experience in medical devices and LMS is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in training or related medical device area.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales personnel at various levels.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Conduct needs assessments with sales leadership to identify skill gaps.
• Design and develop structured training curricula aligned with sales goals.
• Create training materials (presentations, manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules).
• Provide coaching to sales representatives to reinforce concepts.
