Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Medicaid Provider Services call center program, overseeing enrollment, credentialing, and client engagement initiatives that help ensure healthcare providers can effectively serve the Medicaid population.

This remote role requires availability during standard business hours, with occasional evening/weekend support and travel during implementation. You will drive performance and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 5+ years of experience.
• 5–7 years relevant professional experience with 2+ years leading a team.
• Experience with financial forecasting and P&L management.
• Prior Call Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of a defined program to meet schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day program execution, including planning, resource coordination, workload management, and monitoring progress against performance targets.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, cost controls, resource utilization, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, inventory and supply chain activities to ensure service delivery.
• Build and maintain client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships and communicate status.
