Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Medicaid Provider Services call center program. You will oversee customer support operations, focusing on provider enrollment, credentialing, and client engagement initiatives to ensure healthcare providers serve Medicaid members effectively.

You will guide cross-functional teams, drive performance, and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• 5–7 years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience with financial forecasting and P&L management
• Prior call center experience
• Preferred Medicaid provider enrollment and credentialing, government contracting, call center and back-office operations
• Prior Call Center CRM and telephony system implementation and maintenance experience
• Prior Client Management experience
• Prior Project implementation experience
• Active PMP Certification

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of a defined program, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day program execution, including planning, resource coordination, workload management, and progress against targets.
• Manage program budgets, forecasting, cost controls, resource utilization, and operational metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, inventory and supply chain activities, and operational processes to meet service delivery and program requirements.
• Apply and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for contractual regulatory compliance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies with documentation and reporting.
• Lead and develop a small to mid-sized team with coaching and development.
• Build and maintain effective client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships, communicating status and improvements.
