Maximus is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Medicaid Provider Services call center program, overseeing customer support operations for provider enrollment, credentialing, and client engagement initiatives. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage budgets and performance, and drive continuous improvements while working remotely and traveling when needed for implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience leading a team.
• Experience with financial forecasting and P&L management.
• Prior call center experience.
• Strong client, vendor, and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of a defined program meeting schedule, cost, quality, compliance, and client satisfaction objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day program execution, planning, resource coordination, and progress against targets.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate staffing, inventory and supply chain activities to meet service delivery and program requirements.
• Apply and enforce policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies; maintain documentation.
• Lead and develop a small to mid-sized team; provide coaching and development.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders; communicate program status and updates.
