CellCarta is seeking a Program Manager to oversee client programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. You will interact with clients and internal teams to drive programs to successful completion and manage financial health across multiple projects.

The role requires MSc in life sciences and 3–5 years in a similar client-facing PM role, with strong leadership and communication abilities.

Formación

• MSc in life sciences is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar client-facing/project management role.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning and managing projects in terms of scope, schedule and budget.
• Excellent client management skills and credibility to engage project teams.
• Ability to proactively resolve problems and drive interventions when needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Manage client projects and programs from initiation to closure.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
• Manage changes in project scope, timelines and budget.
• Coordinate and engage internal resources for flawless project execution.
• Manage the client relationship and serve as primary client contact.
• Develop project/program plans with relevant stakeholders and ensure feasibility.
• Track progress and set review meetings to stay on target.
• Escalate to senior leadership as needed.
