Job summary

Made Scientific is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex pharmaceutical projects in Princeton, NJ, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive schedules, budgets, and risk management. The role requires 1–3 years in pharma/biotech with CDMO exposure, a Bachelor’s in Engineering/Science, and strong communication and financial skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, with CDMO exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet.
• Experience supporting customer programs from development through manufacturing and release.
• Strong financial acumen aligned with CDMO business needs.
• Familiarity with time-tracking tools and systems.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk plans.
• Serve as primary client and stakeholder contact.
• Communicate project scope, updates, and issues clearly.
• Implement PMO best practices and tools across the organization.
• Coordinate subcontractor statements of work and objectives.
