Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a talented Program Manager for a fully remote role within the United States. You will design and manage client projects, oversee contracts, budgets, and performance metrics, and lead a team to deliver against business goals while mitigating risks.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant Medicaid experience with a bachelor’s degree or 7+ years without a degree, plus strong presentation skills and proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience, or 7+ years of relevant work experience (Medicaid) without a bachelor’s degree.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire.
• Strong presenter who communicates ideas clearly with the ability to train, guide and mentor junior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages client relationships, with support from Program Director, ensuring client satisfaction
• Works with client(s) to design the project approach and develop service delivery plans
• Oversight and management of contracts, specific products/services or special projects
• Continuous monitoring and timely reporting to leadership of progress towards business goals
• Manages, prepares and monitors budget and revenue expectations for assigned client(s)
• May supervise additional account management staff (e.g., Program Specialist)
• Actively project manage across non-direct reports, while recommending program changes as needed
• Ability to quickly escape any risk(s) and implement risk mitigation solutions
