You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, drive budgets, timelines and scope, and communicate with executives to align priorities. Travel is possible (0–10%), and the company provides generous benefits and a flexible

Qualifications

• 9+ years managing complex projects or programs; Medicaid/Medicare experience preferred.
• Expertise with project management methodologies such as Catalyst or PMP.
• Strong budgeting, cost-control, and forecasting skills.
• Ability to translate program goals into clear project scope and milestones.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and leading teams.
• Excellent executive presentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more large project management teams and staffing assignments.
• Plan, track and oversee project delivery with deadlines and milestones.
• Communicate project metrics/status; recommend program changes as needed.
• Create schedules, definitions, budgets and objectives for deliverables.
• Escalate risks and implement mitigation strategies across projects.
• Support growth via detailed SOWs and proposal efforts.
