Job summary

Opus Agency is seeking an experienced Event Manager to support the delivery of high-impact programs remotely. You will manage key components of medium to large-scale events and occasionally lead smaller programs end-to-end, collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to stay organized under pressure. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and the potential for travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of event management experience.
• Managed multiple workstreams for medium to large-scale events (500–3,000+ attendees).
• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage components of events and programs from planning to execution.
• Lead day-to-day planning and coordination across concurrent projects.
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide recommendations and apply sound judgment throughout planning.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
• Ensure high-quality outputs in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
