Centene Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, driving key priorities and ensuring effective execution across the organization.

This remote role supports executive decision-making, coordinates strategic initiatives, and helps maintain the operating rhythm of the organization by translating leadership direction into coordinated action and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency, improve service levels and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and ensure prioritization and resource alignment.
• Manage multiple projects through full life cycle: requirements gathering, project plans and schedules, resources, budget, execution, deployment and closure.
• Utilize standard project management tools and techniques to manage projects.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including action items, issues lists and risk mitigation plans.
• Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to meet stakeholder expectations and company objectives.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding program requirements and operations.
