Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Program Manager IV for remote work across the United States. This role leads large-scale, enterprise-wide programs, guiding matrixed teams to deliver complex initiatives and presenting executive-level updates.

Responsibilities include overseeing scope, schedule, and budget, creating timelines, and developing dashboards. Requires 8+ years in program management; PMP/PgMP preferred; healthcare/managed care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement, coordinating with organizational leaders.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create comprehensive timelines and deliverables while adhering to project management standards.
• Drive projects by coordinating multiple project managers/business analysts across workgroups.
• Develop meaningful dashboards for executive updates and project status, and reports for analytics post-implementation.
