Blue Water Thinking is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems, focusing on project management, healthcare analytics, and business process reengineering. You will drive solutions across schedules, budgets, and methodologies to positively impact Veterans and their families.

Ideal candidates bring a decade of program leadership experience, PMP certification, and strong communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• 10+ years of professional work experience.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivating and sustaining client relationships, supporting organizational growth, and overseeing teams to ensure strategic and effective management of projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Responsible for managing risk management, financial budget and performance of the project to include evaluating resource needs based on scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and impact.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
• Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions that involve schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
