Job summary

Blue Water Thinking, LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead strategic healthcare initiatives within integrated delivery systems. You will drive project management, healthcare analytics, and business process reengineering to improve Veterans’ lives and program outcomes.

The role requires deep leadership, PMP certification, and 10+ years of experience managing complex programs, budgets, risks, and executive reporting across multi-stream efforts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with strong project leadership skills.
• 10+ years of professional work experience in program management.
• Experience leading programs in integrated health care systems.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain client relationships, supporting organizational growth and overseeing teams to ensure strategic management of projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Manage risk, budget and performance, evaluating resources based on scope and timelines.
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Serve as a liaison between consulting teams and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to organizational knowledge development.
• Analyze new and complex project-related problems, creating innovative solutions involving schedule, tools, and financial management.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals and objectives.
