Susan G. Komen seeks a Program Manager, Healthcare Partnerships to advance access to quality breast health care in the U.S. You will supervise relationship-building with health systems and community partners, coordinate onboarding, and manage program implementation with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare programs, a 4-year degree, and occasional 10% travel. This fully remote opportunity supports Komen’s mission across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare program implementation or clinical operations.
• Experience traveling up to 10%.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with healthcare and community organizations to improve patient access to breast health care.
• Lead workflow design, onboarding, and ongoing engagement for partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to document activities and drive program implementation.
• Prepare summaries and materials for reporting and donor stewardship.
• Develop engagement strategies and tailor partner approaches to drive adoption of Komen resources.
• Travel up to 10% for partner engagements and events.
